MCP (Model Context Protocol)

Connect AI agents directly to your Chatloka workspace via the Model Context Protocol. Let your AI assistant manage conversations, contacts, campaigns, and more.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that allows AI agents like Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, and other LLM-powered tools to connect directly to your Chatloka workspace. Through MCP, your AI assistant can read conversations, send messages, manage contacts, create campaigns, and perform dozens of other tasks β€” all via natural language.

Why Use MCP?

  • Let AI agents manage your customer conversations autonomously
  • Build custom AI workflows on top of your Chatloka data
  • Automate repetitive tasks like contact updates, campaign creation, and message replies
  • Connect Chatloka to your existing AI tools and agents

MCP Endpoint

Chatloka exposes an MCP server that gives your AI agent full access to conversations, contacts, campaigns, and more.

Chatloka MCP

Manage conversations, contacts, bot flows, campaigns, and more.

https://chatloka.net/mcp/connect

Connects via API key.

Quick Start

1. Get Your API Key

Go to Settings > API Keys and create a key with the scopes you need (e.g. conversations:read, conversations:write).

2. Configure Your AI Agent

Add the Chatloka MCP server to your AI agent configuration:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "chatloka": {
                        "url": "https://chatloka.net/mcp/connect",
      "headers": {
        "Authorization": "Bearer sk_live_your_api_key_here"
      }
    }
  }
}

3. Start Talking to Your Data

Once connected, you can ask your AI agent things like:

  • "Show me all open conversations from today"
  • "Send a message to contact John about his order"
  • "Create a new campaign targeting VIP contacts"
  • "What's my current subscription usage?"
  • "List all bot flows and toggle the welcome flow off"
